It sounds like the feedback you would get from a human editor. I don't use AI in my writing beyond spellcheck and don't want to. It's not for me to judge others but where someone does use AI I think they should be open about it. Would I stop reading a piece that I knew had been edited with the help of AI or where AI had been used for research - probably not. However, if it were written or plotted by AI, I would certainly avoid it because I'm not interested in reading the words of machine. Not to mention the damage LLM's will inevitably do to the careers and incomes of human authors

Great read, I apply your thoughts and use of AI to my own as I work with my oil painting art coach Stefan Baumann. To quote him " a coach can take a good artist to the next level" AI, as you are using it , is

An asset to your art as long as you stay true to your personal analytical truism.

This is really interesting to see! I tried AI for writing feedback once and I hated that it gave me suggestions on rewording my sentences. It DID sound better than what I wrote, but it also wasn’t mine.. so I was left with knowing my sentence could be better but no understanding of how to fix it aside from replacing it with the suggestion.

I’m really glad you commented. I just whipped it together after I ran the test. I was really wondering what it would suggest. I think all the feedback that I got for the snippet is worth considering, but I also have my own thoughts. Again, though I got to think a little bit deeper about something I am working on, which is never a bad thing.

I struggle with knowing where to start with editing so something like this to get the juices flowing isn’t a bad thing!
